Model HPV High Pressure Vertical Pump
Efficient and compact, the HPV provides flow rates to 15,000 GPM, differential pressures to 1,800 PSI. Four sizes each with several impeller patterns efficiently cover the entire design range.
Primary use is high pressure applications on pipelines and in-plant services. The HPV is recommended for pulsationless process requirements with differential heads between 2,500 and 9,000 feet.
Experienced selection of metallurgy provides the best possible combination for the intended service.
Design Advantages
Design advantages are numerous. Flow pattern allows only one stage differential pressure across any wear ring or interstage bushing.

- Independently key mounted impellers "O" ring (or confined gasket) sealed volute assembly
- Series flow bottom suction design with no interstage cross-overs
- Stages may be added or subtracted or impeller pattern changed without extensive modification
